Upload an RO-Crate to OMERO

Usage:

upload [OPTIONS] CRATE

Options:

  CRATE                 Path to the directory containing the RO-Crate
                        \[required]
  --install-completion  Install completion for the current shell.
  --show-completion     Show completion for the current shell, to copy it or
                        customize the installation.
